To imbibe this concept in the young minds<br \/>International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. A brief introduction<br \/>was given to the children of class 1 to 5 about the importance of yoga in our<br \/>everyday life. It helps the children understand how to maintain harmony between<br \/>body, mind and soul. Our children did many asanas to maintain good physical and<br \/>mental health.
