Kindergarten Sports Day 2023 was held on 15th September 2023 with the Theme , “An Environmental Initiative.” It was a great privilege to have Dr. Venkata Saravanan, MS, MPH, Paediatric Surgeon and HOD, Paediatric Surgery Department at Tuticorin Medical College as the chief guest. The other Dignitaries present were our respected Chairman, Dr. Maragathavalli Amma, our Beloved Correspondent Mrs. Pushpalata Pooranan, Our Dynamic Senior Principal Mrs. Pushpaveni Ayyappan, Principal of Pushpalata Matric, Mr. Harrison Jebajumar and Mr. Godwin Lamuel, Principal of PBIS. The Tiny Tots paraded in glory of the school and the country bearing The School Flag. The Olympic Torch was lit and the Olympic Relay ended in front of the Olympic Cauldron which was lit by the four outstanding performers. The KG Sports Day was declared open by the Chief Guest following which, the pigeons symbolising peace were let go. Races and Drills were conducted to bring out the sporting talent among the young children. The winners were honoured by The Chief Guest, Correspondent, Senior Principal and The Principal with medals and certificates. The KG Sports Day 2022 ended with The National Anthem.
