The Scouts & Guides, Cubs & Bulbuls, Junior Red Cross (JRC), Climate Club, Eco Club, and National Green Corps (NGC) of Pushpalata Matriculation Higher Secondary School organised a Cycle Rally for a Green India to spread the message “Pedal for the Planet – Say No to Plastic.” Promoting the theme “Use Cycles, Reduce Carbon, Clean India,” the students cycled through the locality, creating awareness about eco-friendly transportation and reducing plastic use. Mr. R. Muthusubramanian, Ward Councillor, flagged off the rally and appreciated the students’ commitment towards building a cleaner, greener, and healthier future. They also carried out a plastic clean-up drive at Kumaresan Nagar, collecting plastic waste and encouraging the public to keep their surroundings clean.
