International Yoga Day is observed on 21 st June every year to celebrate the ancient Indian art of healthy living. Powerpoint presentations were displayed in the online class explaining the benefits of practising yoga in one’s life. The children of classes 6 to 9 proved their confidence and strength by performing yoga. They also practise yoga with their family which is a testimony for the campaign -“Yoga at Home, Yoga with Family”.The children understood that it is important to strengthen the beauty of Body, Mind, and Soul with Yoga.
